These terms apply to the os.adsbunker.com website and to the Bunker OS platform, operated by Bunker Advertising LTDA, located at Rua Doutor Epifânio Carvalho, 1391, Loja 7/8, Ininga, Teresina–PI, CEP 64049-760, Brazil.

1. What Bunker OS is

Bunker OS is a platform in development for delivering Bunker’s marketing service to local businesses. Access is currently limited to businesses under contract with Bunker. Features described as planned do not exist yet and may change.

2. Platform access

Client use of the platform is governed by the service contract signed with Bunker. If the contract and these terms conflict, the contract prevails. Each person is responsible for keeping their own access secure and for telling Bunker about any unauthorized use.

3. AI assistant and Google results

The AI check shows the answers AI assistants and Google gave at the time of the query, made through their official APIs. These answers change over time and may differ from what each person sees in the apps. Bunker does not guarantee that a business will be recommended by any AI assistant, nor any business result.

4. Acceptable use

You may not try to access areas or data without authorization, interfere with the website or the platform, or copy content in bulk by automated means for commercial purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The Bunker brand, the software and the website content belong to Bunker Advertising LTDA. The data and materials a client provides remain the client’s.

6. Availability and liability

Because the platform is in development, it may become unavailable or change without prior notice. Bunker’s liability to clients follows the service contract.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Teresina, Piauí, Brazil have jurisdiction.
