Data deletion

You can ask Bunker Advertising LTDA to delete the personal data it keeps about you in Bunker OS.

How to ask

• Write to contato@adsbunker.com with the subject “Data deletion · Bunker OS”.
• Include your name, your business and the email used on the account or when contacting Bunker.
• If we need to confirm the request is yours, we will ask through that same email.

What happens next

• We acknowledge the request and reply within 15 days.
• We delete the account data, the onboarding answers and the AI check results linked to your business.
• We keep only what the law requires, such as contract and tax records, for the legal period.
• Backups are erased in their normal rotation cycle.

If you are a customer of a business that uses Bunker OS

In that case, the business you dealt with decides about your data. Please ask them directly. If you write to Bunker, we will forward the request and help the business fulfil it.
