Privacy policy

This policy explains how Bunker Advertising LTDA, located at Rua Doutor Epifânio Carvalho, 1391, Loja 7/8, Ininga, Teresina–PI, CEP 64049-760, Brazil, handles personal data on the os.adsbunker.com website and on the Bunker OS platform. We follow Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD).

1. Data controller

Bunker Advertising LTDA is the controller of the website data and of platform accounts. For privacy matters, write to contato@adsbunker.com.

2. What we collect on the website

• The website has no forms, no audience analytics tools and sets no cookies.
• Our hosting provider logs technical access data, such as IP address and browser, for security and to operate the service.
• If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we use your name, contact details and message to reply.

3. What we process on the platform

Bunker OS is in development and is currently used only by businesses under contract with Bunker. In that use, we process:

• client business data: name, city, website, services and, when provided, the names of its professionals;
• data about the people who use the account: name, email and access logs;
• the answers the business gives in the onboarding track;
• the results of the AI assistant and Google queries run by the AI check.

Once the CRM modules exist and a client business stores its own customers’ contacts in them, the client business will be the controller of that data and Bunker will act as a processor, following its instructions.

4. Why we use data and on what legal basis

• To provide the contracted service, produce reports and give support: performance of a contract.
• To keep the website and platform secure and prevent abuse: legitimate interest.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations: compliance with a legal obligation.

5. Who we share data with

We use providers that process data on our behalf:

• hosting and database: Netlify, Vercel and Supabase;
• AI assistants and search services queried by the AI check: OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google and SerpApi. The AI check sends them the business name, city, service, website and, when provided, a professional’s name, all of which is public business information. It does not send any data about end customers.

Some of these providers process data outside Brazil, mainly in the United States. We do not sell personal data.

6. How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as the contract lasts and afterwards for the period the law requires for contract and tax records. Otherwise, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm whether we process your data, and for access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about who we share it with, and deletion of data processed with your consent. Write to contato@adsbunker.com. We reply within 15 days. To delete data, see the data deletion page. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

8. Security

Access to data is limited to the people who need it to provide the service, and connections to the website and the platform are encrypted.

9. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. Clients are notified of material changes by email.
